3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
3.1 Product Description: We create premium sports apparel designed for performance and pride. We strive for accurate product depictions, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product availability is not guaranteed.
3.2 Customized Products – A Key Policy: Aligning with the personal pride of “repping your country,” any jersey or apparel customized with a name, number, or other personalization is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects.
3.3 Service Region: We ship globally but exclude certain remote regions and parts of Asia. If your location is not serviceable, the checkout process will prevent order completion.
4. ORDERS, PAYMENT & SHIPPING
4.1 Placing an Order:
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these Terms. Order confirmation via email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order.
4.2 Pricing & Payment:
Prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4.3 Shipping Policy:
Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Methods & Costs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping.
- Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping.
Your Responsibility: Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Available for size changes on the same item, subject to stock.
Non-Returnable Items: Worn/altered items, personalized/customized products, items without original tags/packaging, and clearance/final sale items.
Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and replacement/refund.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Scope: To the fullest extent permitted by law, World of Sportswear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
6.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

- Pay all charges incurred under your account.

- Inspect products upon delivery and notify us of any issues within the specified return window.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
